About Aqua Blue

I’m Ding Yu, a product and engineering leader based in Tokyo. I’ve spent years building business software and user-facing products, including earlier work at Alibaba and leadership roles across product, design, and engineering.

I built Aqua Blue because I kept seeing capable teams lose time to the same manual office work every day. I want AI to be useful for people who are not technical, because they are often the people who need it most. Aqua Blue is my attempt to help them use AI to move work faster, without asking them to change how they already operate.
